Founder & CEO

Valsakumar P Menon or VP as he is popularly known is a motivational speaker, trainer & coach. He comes with over two decades of corporate experience, having worked with multinational organizations in India and the Middle East, in the fields of Training, Supply Chain Management, International trade & business development, Operations Management & Quality Management. His career with the Multinationals has given exposure to markets spanning India, Far East, Middle East, Africa, Europe and America.

Vikram Dhar

Training Director & Strategic Advisor

Mr. Vikram Dhar is an internationally acclaimed NLP Trainer who facilitates NLP and Coaching programs across the globe. He is also a Licensed Behavioral Master Trainer. Vikram is an ICF-Mentor Coach, Licensed Meta-NLP Trainer certified by Michael Hall (co-founder of Neuro-Semantics) and Certified NLP Trainer (ABNLP, USA) and Member NLP Trainer (ANLP, UK). Vikram is also a Licensed NLP Coach (Certified by Richard Bandler, co-founder of NLP) and has attended the International NLP Coach & New Code Practitioner training directly with John Grinder (co-founder of NLP). Vikram holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Bradley University, Illinois, USA and is a modern day Business Growth Hacker and a Business Coach. In his corporate career, he has worked with market leaders in many roles – IT Risk and Business Advisor, Sales Leader and Coach, for over a decade and half.

Saveen Hegde

Master Trainer

Saveen Hegde is a design thinking specialist, entrepreneur and an award-winning speaker with an ability to engage the audience using his own unique tools of magic, humor, and zest.
Saveen learnt Design Thinking at the Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2016. He has completed executive management program with a focus on Neuroscience from Sloan School of Management – MIT, USA.
His flagship creative programs, include Business storytelling, Neuroscience for business leaders, Creative leadership and Design thinking.

Nitten Mahadik

Chief Learning Curator

Nitten comes with over two decades of experience. He has been a Mindfulness practitioner for a decade and has conducted Mindfulness-Based Emotional Intelligence workshops for corporates, the education sector, and NGOs. He is also a certified SIY Teacher (www.siyli.org) who offers Mindfulness courses in over 50 countries. Using Mindfulness and theatre skills, he has coached people to achieve well-being and enhance their Impact and Influence. A trained actor from Jeff Goldberg Studio, Nitten has delivered more than 100 performances. His humorous, narrative style and examples keep his audience highly engaged and involved in the learning process.

Anas Aldahoud

Michael Beale

Master Trainer

Michael Beale is one of the UK’s foremost NLP practitioner, coach, and trainer. He is a Richard Bandler NLP trainer and coach trainer, and a John Grinder NLP coach and ‘new code’ practitioner. He is also a Marshall Goldsmith certified leadership and team coach. He runs masterclasses at The Henley Business School where he is working on a series of projects exploring the effectiveness of coaching. He has been running both advanced influence and advanced hypnosis workshops for the past 18+ years.

Following 30 years in business, Michael has been working as an international executive coach and NLP trainer since the early 2000s.
